How to Redirect from Blogger to NameCheap Hosting or How to Move from Blogger to NameCheap
They are so many reasons to move from BlogSpot to WordPress, WorPress is far better than blogSpot in terms of Blogging and SEO.
First visit NameCheap by click HERE
Click on Hosting > Shared Hosting
Now select your preferred hosting plan, i selected ‘Value Host’, 1 year and US Datacenter and Click ‘Add to Cart’
Now you will be ask for a Domain name, so now let say you already own a domain with Godaddy, so Click “Use a Domain i Won From Another Registrar”
Now enter the domain name and click “Add Domain to Cart”. At the right sidebar, click Continue.
NOTE: After typing your domain, they might display “Your domain is not available for transfer” please never mind, just click continue
Now your Shopping Cart will display, look at the right sidebar and enter this coupon code HOSTER to reduce the cost, click Apply. That coupon will reduce the cost to 1500 a year.
Now click Confirm Order, and select your payment method, i used PayPal as my payment method.
Over to Godaddy DNS Settings.
Visit Godaddy site, sign in, and click My Account
Click Domain and select the domain you intend to use with your namecheap hosting
Look carefully and click ‘Manage’
A new page will open, just like the image below
Locate ‘Nameserver’ and click ‘Manage’ then click ‘ADD NAMESERVER’
Now copy paste this
DNS1.NAMECHEAPHOSTING.COM past on the first space
DNS2.NAMECHEAPHOSTING.COM paste on the second space
Now your domain will Propagate, domain propagation might take up to 2 hours, meaning your site might be down and not accessible for like 2 hours.
After a while, your domain should be live and working fine. It recommended by BMB (BestManBlog) to clear your browser cache and that of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
